Diluq Return and Refund Policy

At Diluq, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You have 45 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@diluq.in with your order details.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Your refund will be processes in 10 working once we receive the product in right condition.
• If your return is approved, we will process the the refund to your original method in 10 working days.
• You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
